Take apart

Take apart significa separar, desmontar. Exemplos:

“You’ll have to take the bike apart for it to fit the box.” (Você terá que desmontar a bicicleta para que possa caber na caixa.)

“Why did you took the TV apart if you didn’t know how to fix it?” (Porque você desmontou a TV se você não sabia consertá-la?)
