Know it like the back of one’s hand é um idiom que significa conhecer alguma coisa muito bem. Essa expressão é o equivalente ao nosso ‘conhecer como a palma da mão’. Exemplos:
“Peter will do as I asked, I know him like the back of my hand.” (Peter vai fazer o que eu pedi, eu conheço ele como a palma da minha mão.)
